Many promising creative projects fall through as a result of a series of misunderstandings between service-providers and companies. Often the respective processes and expectations are too different, but even the language and the approach sometimes give the impression of two completely separate worlds. Bridging this gap between the creative industries and their industrial clients is the most important goal of the new Master's program "Creative Process Leadership".
In addition to a better understanding of the respective partner, it is above all a matter of integrating all related operations into the creative processes and consequently developing these more effectively than previously into a true management function. This promises to be an exciting and challenging task and I wish the study program every success in accomplishing it - not least in the interest of industrial enterprises themselves.
