Consider all these aspects on a business model level and enrich the result with digital elements, or recognize the threat posed by competitors infiltrating your area with digital business models. This program offers a gateway to this topic by means of concrete tools.“

LIMAK offers managers online courses for targeted, practice-oriented and location-independent further training. Within the framework of a program lasting several weeks, teaching content, assignments and tools are provided via the LIMAK learning platform. In three accumulative webinars, LIMAK experts provide their expertise with regard to selected focal point topics and encourage exchanges of experience and intensive learning.

DIGITAL BUSINESS MODELLING

The digital transformation is a megatrend and will create lasting changes within our society. For companies this trend means both opportunities and risks. One possibility for dealing with these issues is digital business modeling and during the LIMAK online course, digital business models are designed on the basis of the existing business model and their chances and consequences adjudged.  The aim of the course is to enable the participants to analyze a business model that is in use, become acquainted with types of digitized alternatives and develop the ability to create their own digital variation. The course is a mixture of expert impulses, best practice, dialogue between the participants and assignments that can be completed individually against the background of the participants’ personal challenges within their companies.  The course is supplemented by feedback from its head and peer assessments within the group.
