Stockholm stands at the forefront of innovation in Europe – a city where technology, sustainability, and design seamlessly merge. As the birthplace of global brands like Spotify, Klarna, and Ericsson, Stockholm offers a unique ecosystem that blends entrepreneurial spirit with long-term strategic thinking. Sweden’s collaborative business culture, flat hierarchies, and strong focus on sustainability and inclusion provide valuable insights for leaders from Austria and beyond. Experiencing the Scandinavian approach to innovation and leadership first-hand enables participants to rethink strategy, foster creativity, and build organizations that are both agile and future-oriented.
